This fantastic necklace by the famous American designer Miriam Haskell consists of opaque white and lack-lustre beads. The attractive centre piece has a filigree back side which is characteristic for Haskell’s jewellery. Different shell shaped elements are mounted by hand onto the top forming a rosette, while a large number of paste gems provides sparkling accents.
Five attached strands of beads complete this very unusual design.
The necklace has been totally restored and has been provided with a safety-chain. The pretty clasp adorned with paste gems shows the original signature MIRIAM HASKELL.
